Laughing Cow cheese spread

First off, to quote Rachel Ray "Yum-O".

We first tried the Laughing Cow spread at Fareway when we started our big shopping trip. They had it as a sample with some pretzel chips and boy was it good. We each bought the light version of the swiss.

I've been mainly using it on celery for a nice snack, but I know my Mom has been using it on some wheat thins crackers. In each container is about 8 wedges individually wrapped. A single wedge is only 1 point. I highly recommend picking some up for a low point snack.
